Its 2026 city editions were Kolkata (14 to 15 February), Mumbai (11 to 12 April), Chennai (18 to 19 April), Chandigarh (12 to 13 September) and Bengaluru (25 to 27 September, at BIEC). The Delhi show, Expodent International India, is traditionally held in late December at Pragati Maidan. Its 2026 dates are not yet confirmed, so check with ADITI. When is the dental expo in Delhi in 2026?

The main Delhi dental expo is Expodent International India, organized by ADITI. ADITI's page shows it has been held at Pragati Maidan in the last week or so of December in recent years:

If the pattern holds, the 2026 Delhi show would fall in late December, but treat that as a planning assumption only until ADITI publishes the dates. New Delhi also has a separate trade show, the Delhi Dental Show. Its 2026 dates were not confirmed when we checked.

When is the dental expo in Bangalore in 2026?

Expodent Bengaluru 2026 was held from 25 to 27 September 2026 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Center (BIEC) on Tumkur Road. Both ADITI's page and the BIEC event calendar list these dates, and BIEC names ADITI as the organizer. If you missed it, the next Bengaluru edition will be announced on ADITI's website.

Which other cities host dental expos?

• Mumbai: Expodent Mumbai (April) and FAMDENT Show Mumbai (June) were both held at the Bombay Exhibition Center in Goregaon. The IDA has announced its World Dental Show for 17 to 18 October 2026 at Jio World Centre; confirm on the organizer site.
• Chennai: Expodent Chennai was held on 18 and 19 April 2026 at the Chennai Trade Center, Halls 1 to 4.
• Kolkata: Expodent Kolkata was held on 14 and 15 February 2026 at Milan Mela.
• Chandigarh: Expodent Chandigarh was held on 12 and 13 September 2026 at Palms Resort, Zirakpur.

Some Indian buyers and distributors also visit overseas trade fairs. If you are considering one, confirm dates, visa timelines and exhibitor lists on the organizer's own website. For most clinic purchases in India, though, a domestic expo is more practical: you meet local dealers who will actually install and service the equipment.

Mistakes to avoid at a dental expo

1. Signing on the floor for a high-value item. Take the quote home and compare it.
2. Comparing prices without comparing service. A cheaper unit with no engineer in your city costs more in downtime.
3. Ignoring total cost of ownership. Ask about consumables, software fees and spare parts, not just the sticker price.
4. Relying on aggregator listings for dates. Several third-party event sites carry outdated dates. Use the organizer's page.

What is new at dental expos, and what should you look at?
